Twists

• Extroverts v. Introverts - Similar to the Main ORGs 35th season in Sri Lanka, the main theme of this season was the extroverts v. introverts theme. Skraeling was the tribe name of the extroverts, while Sermersuaq held the introverts. On Day 21, the tribes disbanded and the merged tribe of Evitaxal was formed.

• No Tribe Swap - For the first time in Canadienne history, no tribe swap was held in the game. Though expected multiple times, it never came to fruition.

• Late Merge - On Day 21, the remaining 9 castaways formed the tribe Evitaxal. 3 former Extroverts and 6 former introverts came together and played the game individually from that point forward.

• Early Jury - Nick was stated the first member of the jury without making the merge. This decision was made when the hosts decided to portray this specific season of the game after Gabon of the actual franchise.

• Hidden Immunity Idols - Just like previous seasons, a hidden immunity idol was located at each camp. To obtain clues and the idol itself, castaways were asked to punch in a 5 digit code to see if they were right or wrong. If wrong, a 3 hour wait time was asked of the castaways before guessing again. The last time to play the idol is Final 5.
